Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
